AMLP

Anti Money Laundering Policy

Objectives

We are committed to the global effort to combat money laundering and the financing of terrorism.

We require our clients, management and employees to adhere to high standards in preventing the use of our products and services for money laundering purposes.

We strictly observe our legal obligations pursuant to the FATF compliant Financial Transactions Reporting Act 1993 and the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989 (together with the relevant more recent amendments). When the various phases of the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009 take effect, we will strictly observe the revised requirements.
