Lachlan J Williams, BCom LLB (Hons) TEP

Lachlan Williams is the founder of Kiwi Deposit Building Society and has overseen its banking and investment team from inception.

Lachlan's aim is to expand Kiwi Deposit Building Society by applying a conservative strategy to its loan book and investment portfolio, together with offering a full suite of tailored banking solutions to Kiwi Deposit Building Society's clients.

He is a banking and trust lawyer by profession, a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand, a member of the New Zealand Law Society and the New Zealand branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Kiwi Deposit Building Society is a New Zealand non-bank financial institution incorporated under the Building Societies Act 1965. We are not a registered New Zealand bank. When issuing securities, Kiwi Deposit Building Society limits its offers to professional investors and other persons specified by section 3(2)(a) of the Securities Act 1978.
